✔ The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
✔ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

🚫 Used, worn, or altered items
🚫 Items marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased during promotions


How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process, contact our team with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)


Return & Refund Procedure

1. Review & Approval
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details or request the item be returned.

2. Return Instructions
If a return is necessary, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions.
➤ Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
(subject to your payment provider’s processing time).


Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

  • Frame & Fame reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet our return conditions

  • Excessive or abusive return activity may lead to account restrictions
